Chromatic Alginate is a flexible impression material, suitable for hand application onto skin. Alginate quickly produces a single-use mould, and is typically used for baby hand and feet casting work.
Chromatic alginate is capable of producing fine detail down to creases in hands and finger nails and other minute parts.
It is easy to use because it changes colour at each stage of the process giving you visible notice of how much time is left to do each stage, from mixing, to applying, to setting.
